...unique lodging on Grand Traverse Bay

Knollwood offers four lodging choices:  one room cottages for two,  standard motel units  with two double beds, motel kitchenettes with two double beds, and a porch room with one double bed.   Inside amenities include fully stocked kitchenettes (everything but your food), daily maid service, cable TV, A/C, phones, and guaranteed cleanliness. 

Outside amenities include 180' of sandy beach, sun decks filled with lawn chairs, vine covered gazebos for those who enjoy the shade, picnic tables, a spot for a camp fire, grills, paddle boats and paddle boards.  A perfect place to get lost in a good book while the real world whirs by.

Seasonal:  Open May 1 through October 31

Pets:  We welcome limited pets (one per room, unless they are under five pounds).  However, we charge $9.00 per day for a pet, you must pick up after them, and when you leave the premises, you must take the dog with you.  We don't allow pets in all the rooms because of allergies, so please make it known that you are bringing your pet with you when you make the reservation.
